The tanks are not drilled.
It is an additional $20 to have them drilled.

how much would i be looking at if i wanted to get on of the 100 gal tanks, and that can handle a 1325 gph pump?

the 100 gallon tanks are $140. Will the pump be inside of the tank or inside of the sump? If it is in the sump, how big is the drain from your tank?

I want to run a 1325 gph return pump that will b outside of the sump.

It depends on the size holes. What size drain is in the tank? If it is 1 1/2 - 2 inches, it won't be a problem
