Ok so I have been keeping freshwater fish for years and years. I have a 60g freshwater tank, about 8 months ago my husband and I decided to try our hand at the saltwater thing. So we bought a 24g aquapod. Then we bought a 7.5g nano. Since we move up from oceanside in October we have been hankering for a bigger tank. So I had the opportunity to buy a 60g complete set up with a 30g sump and I took it. So I hope you all enjoy!!!

Here is the sump and everything set up. We had a new stand custom made and we stained and sealed to match our furniture. The bottom was lined with a foam insulation to minimize vibration and insulate the tank from the wood

looks nice. How did you get the sump into the stand? I like the idea of using foam underneath the sump.

Update

So I have been a little busy but wanted to get everyone and update on the tank.... It's doing great, lost a clown to the overflow gods. Window screen now in place. Flasher wrasse jumped out of the tank through the back opening, again window screen now in place. Additions....20pnds of live rock 3 open brains (2 of which are rescues and were bleaching) a hammer and another rescue a green frog spawn which I am guessing won't live. Also got an unknown monti frag and and "yellow headed tilefish". Although I can't find another one anywhere else so not sure on the name. Also added 2 cleaner shrimp as my peppermint died. Also missing are my 2 emerald crabs.
