You might have gotten some Margaritas snails, likely from me? I got a kazillion of these - totally harmless and they disappear on their own though. Perhaps my urchins ate them?
a bit annoying when they get rocks since the outline of the shell remains after hatching as they are hard unlike other snail eggs. Most will go away but some will leave an outline
