Thinking of upgrading tanks

Not in size currently at 120 gallon
But thinking upgrade quality off tank and stand.
Curious what everyone's brand recommendations for a tank this size ?

Agree but never had low iron scratched front all up with metal aquarium blade. Also aqua japan stand literally keeps me up at night being a so cal resident and always wanted a external overflow display.

PFI acrylic tank. Ask for Doug.
(I’ve had bad experiences with AA, and so have many others)

GLass tanks are also a great option but are extremely heavy as you scale up in size. Definitely needs a solid iron stand that is powder coated and sealed all around. Wood tends to warp overtime.

Build your own 8020 stand or have one built for you, there are several places that have designs for standard tank sizes, but can be modified. I want the IM 150ext, love the wide shallow footprint, but I'm building my own 8020 stand. The UNS reef tanks are awesome, but I can't stand that manufacturers still use center overflow boxes.

Yeah, I know the horror stories on the RS tanks too. This one though I agree with you on. It’s eurobraced and aluminum stand and I haven’t come across a G2 850 failure from what I’ve seen on the forums.

Dropped the price quite a bit too it’s a pretty good deal!
