If you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you like non essential toys then go for it! I did;). Does it work? Yes. Is it perfect? No. I basically use it to keep an eye if params swings too much. You still need a separate test kit(hanna) to check/calibrate so you can't rely on it solely. Like someone mentioned buy it used if you can. I also have had good luck with the abc reagents so cost to operate isn't too bad.

Also the KH Guardian looks interesting, especially at half the price of the AquaWiz. Curious to see how long it's been on the market and the long term reviews on accuracy and reliability.
I think KH guardian was released in 2017. I first read about aquawiz a year or two ago.

There are dozens of RHF articles. Good stuff. Here is one that I found particular useful in learning about Ca, Mg, and Alk…even though I don’t use 2-part. Cheers.
