Forgive the scoly, I've been battling with algae growth and just dipped in Hydrogen Peroxide.

Can someone give their input as to why the green & blue tip torches bubble up mid body of the tentacle? Is this the way they growth in length? Since I've had them they have always done this. I just picked up the orange tip torch two weeks ago and I have seen anything similar happen to it.

I'm the middle of my 20% water change and will test nutrients tmrw. I have a mixed tank mostly SPS/LPS

ALK - 9.5
CA - 480
Mag - 1332
Salinity - 34.5
PH - 7.8
NO3 - 8.7
PO4 - .16

Agree with above post. Would reduce feeding/nutrients if you are battling algae’s. Algae’s mean there is excess.
As of last week I cut back one feed on auto feeder for the Anthias, flake food. I'm also cutting back on reef roids 1 day a week. For all my tangs I'm cutting back to 1 day for frozen food.

My PO4 was at 3.2 so it's going in the right direction

yep they are 100% cristadas, they will never get long unfortunately but they will grow heads pretty fast and sometimes with the right supps you can get some cool colors/gold etc out of them
