I’ll be moving in a couple months so selling my RODI system. This system is basically two of the standard 5 stage systems plumbed together. It’s designed to save water (dual RO membranes in series) and di resin (4 canisters).
The system:
1. Two sediment filters
2. Two carbon blocks
3. Two RO membranes
4. Two cation canisters(SD waters needs cation most)
5. One anion canister
6. One mixed bed canister (to catch anything missed)
7. Triple TDS meter so u know how the system is functioning and when to change things out
8. Multiple three way valves for flushing
Extras:
1. 18 new sediment filters
2. 14 new carbon blocks (2 are opened but unused)
3. Four extra 10” resin canisters
4. Extra anion and cation resin
I tested the ro membranes this morning and it drops tds from 400 down to 17 (that’s after running the waste from the first one through the second one to save water).
Only thing I am aware of that’s wrong with the system is that the pressure gage doesn’t work any longer, but it’s plumbed in and SUPER easy to replace using the John Guest fittings. Oh and it’s a little dusty as I was gone the last couple months.
