The area where the VCA adapter connects to the tank return developed a leak. I would appreciate advice on how to seal the hole. Thanks.

I had met with the owner a few years ago at RAP and had talked to him about an issue on the old material being used. He suggested using the new rubberized one, so far I have no issue with the new nozzle for many years now.

I had the same conversation as @Tommy Ngo , gotbthe same answer. Once the become brittle, they are tough to move. Its why they changed the material to the softer more rubberized stuff.

In thr mean time, maybe rotate so the hole points down into the tank..

And if VCA doesn't replace it, let me know which size and how it connects to your return...I may have one in my shed. I think mine are the 3/4" RFG to the locline.

If you want to try something new and support a small buisness. These are what I use now.

I have used the VCA flow eductors for a while and decided to give these a try. They work better than the VCA nozzles, cost less, and as a bonus the seller sent me an extra one each time I ordered from him.
Cleven is a cool dude. Don't buy these from VCA they took the FREE design and patented it. It's well documented.

Wow, what a back story about the nozzle! Thanks Dan, Kelvin and Tommy for sharing.

Jimmy, I contacted VCA about a replacement and they accommodated the request.
