Found this on craigslist:

Treat your fish to a water change on us. Stop by our new location this weekend and we will provide the water FREE. The offer will be limited to this Saturday and Sunday (3/7/2009-3/8/2009) only, with a maximum of 40 gallons of either Salt or Fresh Water per customer.

just a update he kicks *** and has alotta good deals on used tanks and has tons of tanks sumps and skimmers not much on fish but can order anything you want and will beat anyones price!! even internet prices!!

That makes sense. I just visited this shop over the weekend and the owner said that he had a shop in Tustin in the past, then had to close it and take a break because he had a heart attack. He is on track now, and starting again in Laguna Hills.

He was nice about the water. I told him I missed it last week, and he let me have some for free anyway. He is still setting up; so there is not much there yet. I am quite interested to see how he will run his shop once it is fully set up, as this shop is very close to my house.

I've never been, did Window's to the Sea have a reputation as good or bad?

i stopped by in tustin while in the planing stage of my tank back in "07". right before he had his heart problem. the store was busy and all the people i talked to liked it. just my 2 cents.

Yeah went in a few days after that weekend and still gave me water for free, he was working on his coral holding tanks/system.

why are you guys digging up 4 month old threads anyway? people are gonna go to that shop now for free water and the owners gonna say WTF.. LOL
