depending when and what your are testing, but alk probably 2 or more times a week, others once a week.

main thing is try to test at the same times. So if you tested it at 8pm then test at 8pm the next time. Try to maintain a schedule that allows you to keep with it conveniently. I test around 8pm because that's when I'm done with work and finished with dinner which allows me to be consistent with my schedule
