Looking for nassarius, trochus, conch, and hermit. The usual CUC variety.

I'm not sure where to buy to get the best deal and variety. LFS near me don't carry that much.

I heard Ellis Aquatics is the cheapest around. Or do I just go order online from reefcleaners, they definitely have good pricing and variety? I would like to support LFS if I can.

I got my CUC (including the blue tuxedo urchin) at Seaside in HB. Price is reasonable and they usually have a good selection as well. I need to find more tuxedos though — just get two per tank and you’re good to go! Good luck

You're in Orange, right? I might be organizing a group ReefCleaners buy relatively soon to split costs of overnight shipping. Let me know if interested. I'm in Irvine.

I don't think I'll be getting anything that would require overnight shipping from RC. Just simple hermits and basic snails. Their priority mail shipping is free after hitting $75. Are you needing something that will require overnight shipping?

Overnight is surely better for the sensitive inverts. With a group if 4 buyers, that works out to $11 per person for shipping, which isn't bad. If you just need some astraeas and such, maybe priority is fine, not sure! Most group buyers want varied inverts like emeralds and peppermints, so we always do overnight.

Tong's probably has the best selection of inverts. Not always the best price on them but I can usually find everything in 1 go. Seaside has better prices with weekly deals ect, and a pretty good selection too.

Good to know. I'm planning to make a few stops to visit different LFS in the coming weeks. My wife and kids are now excited to load the tank with fish and living things.

I just visited Ellis Aquatics. They have good selections of Cuc. You can check their FB page for the prices and call them to confirm the availability
