Who make small frag rack stand with locking?

Anyone know where I can buy small frag rack stand with locking mech? My hammer getting kind of too big and the home depot stuff won't hold since it's tilting. Also not looking for the mag one that hang on glass, my acrylic is too thick.

Some of the frag plugs is short and easy tilt if the frag is tall like hammer or frag rack is hole is bigger than the frag stem.
Some thing like this, but as a stand instead of magnet rack.

You could take that one to paragon plastics and buy some glue and scrap and make your own. They have all that stuff out in their showroom.
