Why is my apex not saving pass reading

Everything was working but now it doesn’t keep track of anything temp / testing reading. What is the issue or where is the memory stored?

I don't have a trident, but do you need to select "log" in each parameter box?

Yea it’s empty it was working fine and I never changed anything. That’s why I think there might be a issue with the units memory.

You will want to start a ticket with them, this looks like something is wrong with the unit.
