If you can’t find one from someone local why not buy a cheap one new?

I can recommend the AutoAqua lite, has worked great for me so far and is only $80 from Amazon. You can basically use it with any reservoir you want so long as you can fit the pump inside and the sensor has a magnetic mount so again works with basically any sump/tank.

I agreed with this one. AutoAqua is a great ATO. amazon sells it rather cheap.

I have the ReefBreeders Prism and it's pretty solid! Top piece isn't really water proofed too well(shouldnt be submerged anyway) but beyond that it has worked great for me, and one of the cheapest options that I felt I could trust
