WTB SKIMMER/Hang on Over Flow Box/Return Pump

So as you can see I'm finally in the stage of looking for the right equipment to start building my sump....since I have found away to work with the stand I have I am looking for these items....skimmer I would like it to be for 100gal, not sure what's a good return pump I'll need so suggestion would be appreciated....
