Has anybody ever seen these Zoas? Are they Rare? If Not I name them Target Zoas! They are white with a red eye.

Ya, I agree with Gumbii they could be a color morph of any of the ones he stated, they look a little washed out, if you changed the white balance a little bit that would probably help us identify them.
