Ok so I’ve been dealing with this for a long time and can’t seem to get a handle on what this is. I treat it like zoapox with furan 2 20 minutes. I mix 2 cups of water per packet and use a makeup brush on all the polyps and do a 20 minute “Seachem Reef Dip” which has a good dose of iodine. I do this for 3 days and it usually clears up.

It seems like it’s zoapox but I don’t think it is. It had little dots on the outside of the polyps and white hairs that come out of them. They always come back. I’m tired of battling this issue and don’t know what to do. If anyone has any advice let me know.

I've had similar issues like this before and have done both Furan and Lugols Iodine dip (not at the same time). Looks like you've tried both methods w/ no success. From the pictures above, it doesn't look too bad. Maybe just not happy. I feel like zoas are just that finicky. Try moving to another location or leaving it alone. Good luck!
