I think I would use IPS Weld On 16. Find a local acrylic shop and see if you can get some scrap acrylic, 1/4 or 3/8 thick by 1/2 wide and then cut and glue strips around all 3 sides (outside) of your overflow box to seal and reinforce it. Use masking tape to hold it while it cures.

There is a Parker store Burnell Hydraulics in Riverside and one in Colton. They could ID and provide replace fittings. I think that swivel is made up of a 1/8 FPT x 1/4 stand pipe and the compression nut and olive to the needle valve. Can’t be sure without taking apart. Could even be a tube...

Depending on the needle valve it may be a Swagelok brand fitting. That brand uses a unique tube and ferrule type connection. I got parts on Ebay as most industrial retailers have minimum orders and tend to sell in box quantities. Post a pic, might be able to help id or direct you to a site where...

Are you using a relay or is the float switch breaking the power to your skimmer pump? I would be worried about stray voltage if it's 110vac. If it's dc you may just shorten the life of the float switch.

That is a quality set up, should sell quick at that price.

The easiest way I found to do manual removal was to use a siphon. Run a 1/2" inch id hose down to your filter sock in your sump, you may want to clamp it or zip-tie it so it doesn't fall out. The hose needs to be long enough to reach down to the bottom/ back of your tank without pulling it out...

What city are you in? I have 1 HD suction cup and possibly have time 9/17 or 18. I have some drums and pumps to move water. SD is a bit expensive for me to drive and help out though. My wife and I set up the 225 ourselves 15 years ago but I'm in my 50's now. Maybe we can get some reefers...
