Mine doesn't look anything like that and I know the lineage. Even with a flash it has much brighter red/pink and a green rim all the way around with bright green eyes.

Just my 2 cents but those are fairly high starting bids for labeling them no reserve. May as well have just set the reserve at those prices. Nice pieces though.

Mine has been working great. I am still learning myself but my understanding is the min time is to keep the lights or whatever you may have on that outlet from turning on and off if you are bouncing on a temp limit for instance.
Fallback I believe is what the outlet should go to if it loses...
