Just wondering how you guys clean your sandbed? I used caribsea special grade for sandbed, i was thinking of getting a eheim pro vac or fluval quick pro vac, any suggestions?
stir it weekly. once a month gravel vac with python. suck up sand and detritus then immediately pinch the hose so the sand falls back down but the crap stays suspended.

If you have a lot of fish, you will need to siphon out the poop regularly. If you don't have a lot of fish, fighting conch and other snails can take care of mostly the algae on the sand bed and keep it clean
