I bought this a long time ago. It came with the in-tank filter and light stand. The light stand came with three LED strips. I added two more. The filter provides enough some flow. I think it is supposed to return above the water line as there is no overflow. It has suction cups to stick to the glass but I cannot get it to stick for very long. I also have a heater and extra (non-circulating) pumps.
