I have a growing torch garden and one in particular has never been totally happy. All the rest are open and doing just fine. Looking for ideas as to what may be causing this.
In the below video, it's the cotton candy type torch. You can see it isn't fully open and looks slightly unhappy. There are times of day when it opens up more but I'd say it goes through cycles of open/close like this at least 5 times every day. Let me know what you think!
