Picked up a small hammer and for a few days all was well, and then overnight all that is left is the skeleton, soft parts all gone. Guessing it was eaten. Who did it?
2 blue damsels
1 clownfish
1 blue tang
2 diamond watchman gobies
1 bristle star
1 skunk shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp
a few dwarf blue leg hermits.
all fish about an inch or inch and half besides the gobies which are about 3 inches

The butler in the pantry with a machete ; p

As for your hammer, only 2 two questions, how long did you have it before it died? And did you ever see your clown trying to use it as a host?

Euphyllia flat worms?, they camouflage, hide very well, I bought a wild torch that it came with with at least 3 of them, erased my snail population and euphyllia corals as well.
Google it and look under ur live rock at night time.

Only reason why I thought it was eaten was all the fleshy parts disappeared overnight. Had it for a week, didn't show any signs of deterioration from anything that can be water/light related, then one morning, vanished in the span of 8 hours.

If something ate it, the center where they couldn’t reach would still be there. This was again, disease or water chemistry issue.
