Algae Turf Scrubber. Includes nicely done PVC stand assembly with matched pump. Surprisingly stable and small footprint. Can even use to pump from one side of a sump to the other side of the baffles. Or just plumb in as desired but not really needed.

The pictures appear to show two sets of LEDs. I thought these come with four?
