I’ve only ever tried seachem coral glue and I don’t like using it at all and nothing really mounts good. Lol
Suggestions? What’s the best thing I can get on Amazon? Don’t feel like waiting forever from BRS

also any band of cyanoacrylate gel (super glue) works... or you can pay reefer $$$ for name brand stuff.
Well technically seachem reef glue says that, but I really don’t like the way it handles. Sticks to everything but the plug and my rock lol. Forget trying to touch it with your bare hands underwater

I use super glue gel - dollar stores carry two packs of 0.12 oz tubes (though pretty much everything in dollar stores costs in excess of a dollar now). I don't think super glue has a shelf life, so it's OK to buy there. Much cheaper than buying at places like Home Depot, etc.

I use gorilla super glue gel with the green top. In the tank turn off the pumps use a fat glob on the base hold it in place for 60 seconds then wait another 10min and turn the pumps back on. For fragging I set up a cardboard box with holes stabbed in it to hold the plugs or rubble rock pieces. Then a fat glob of gel super glue on the plug/rubble piece stick the frag on and wait a minute or 2 before dropping them back in the tank/holding tub.

Super glue sandwich seems to work best for me when I remember to do it.

Frag
Glue
Putty
Glue
Surface. (plug/rock)
Yep, I roll it up in a ball about the right size, I use toothpicks to make holes in the bottom of the ball and fill them with glue. I make a big hole on top for the frag.

Another trick I use is I bought a stiff nylon brush from amazon and scrub the rock before I apply the glue putty Frag combo. About +90% of my frag mounts stick for good.

Don’t be afraid to cover up some of the frag’s live tissue in the epoxy/glue. It will grow just fine once it takes hold.

I think I'm good with SPS sticks but what about mushrooms that have not attached to plugs? You can't (shouldn't) glue them. I'm using a plastic cup around the plug.

What do you guys do?

anyone ever use hot glue?
I never thought of using hot glue. I guess it could work for euphilia frags or other types of lps/or acros that have exposed skeleton that you could get to. Of course it wouldn't work for anything under water and any flesh it contacted would likely die.

my self I just throw them loose in a basket with rock rubble in it. They will attach to a piece the rubble on their own in a couple of days to a week then you can glue the piece of rubble to a plug or another piece of rockwork.
