5 gallon phyto culture started. next week im starting the 7 different copepods culture.

Where are you getting these copepods seeds cultures?

Looks fun, let's see if it works. I don't think my wife is going to let me do this in the house. And my garage is already full full with my DIY projects.

Got a new light wired up 10k lumens 5000k color. Other lights were not powerful enough to penetrate the whole bottle.

I highly recommend something like this for you. You will be able to control the amount of bubbles much better. The pods need different than the phyto. So with this you can still use one pump for all.

Changed lights phyto is growing super quick. I think 10g was way to much to make. Still have
6g to remove to start next batch. That's a reflection phytoplankton is way to dark to see through.

This was the same issue I had when I was culturing phyto. Hard to go through unless you have massive system. You can store your fresh batch in the fridge I found they’d stay viable for at least 30 days, then you can just make a batch once a month.
