Which LFS has tuxedo urchins?

Reefcleaners only has rock and pincushion urchins.

I think i've seen them every time i've been in Tong's. Might want to call Seaside to see if they have any in stock.

Ellis aquarium in compton sells them for $25 a piece. They have some when i went yesterday.

I took the trip to LAX aquarium for the 1st time.

They have this Black Friday deal 40% off all live stock.

I ended up paying $16 for mine.

Love them - I got 2 in each tank! I usually find them in blue but not RED, to add some color under actinic lighting 😁

I seen one at Strictly Fish $29. I have 5 urchins now lol. I just added two Halloween urchins I picked up for $12 ea black Fri Coral Anonymous. One's rather big. Who's passing out free 3d printed hats 👒 😀

Just food for thought:

I’ve always gotten tuxedo urchins. They are awesome and put in a lot of work!

this time around i wanted something a-little less common. Try finding a Halloween urchin- basically a tuxedo urchin but black with white and orange spikes.

I picked one up recently and I love that’s it’s a bit different then what most others have.

I found one at Harry’s Marine life- I think it was $18 if I remember correctly.

How do you guys acclimate them? I got 2 from Ellis Aquatics, but both didn't survive. I'm thinking I must have not acclimated them long enough. Some people say don't take them out of water. But I'm sure LFS and others take them out of the water to transfer them.
