Because Russia is under International Embargo due to Invasion of Ukraine. We don't export or import anything from Russia.

How do these Tariffs effect this hobby ? Since most of the equipments and livestocks are from overseas.

You only replaced PH probe like once every 2-3 years. I would buy the Original Neptune one better. Amazon also sell PH probe at cheaper prices, but you get what you pay for.

I think he moved to Florida or somewhere out of state few years back.

Easy to fix. Just order the new ballast from ATI website and very quick replaced.
