I did awake early one morning to the pump running dry. The biggest anemone was blocking the overflow, having squeezed half of its body into the overflow chamber. Took about an hour of gentle but consistent pressure to extricate it. Not a good morning.

I've had this one for about five years. Happiest in low flow sitting on sand, never spot fed. It does seem to move a modest amount on its own from time to time.
