Wtb easy SPS after tank crash

I need to trim large chunks of green and purple slimer this weekend. You're welcome to take some if you'd like. Also have an accidental chunk of candlelight stag that you're welcome to take. I'm in south OC, I think you've come by before.

    Build your own acro pack

Great looking stuff, very tempting - how big would frags be? Is this all at Steve Garrett's in Costa Mesa?

October 2025 - Photo of the Month: Clams! Clams! Clams!

Please forgive the sloppy substrate, here are a couple recently acquired clams (bottom one is a cultured Squamosa and the top one is purportedly also a Squamosa, but I suspect may be a Maxima)

    New tank?

I love my Cade peninsula, and the new S3 line is very appealing (particularly the euro-brace), but the pricing is rather eye-popping (perhaps partially attributable to tariffs on imports from Australia that may or may not go away in time). Personally, I would not pay the asking price for an S3...

    Reefapalooza This Month

They do get blue squammies in stock from time to time, but the ones they’ve had on offer this month appear to be misidentified maxima clams

    Help ID'ing Bubble Tip Anemone

I've had these anemones sitting in an acclimation box for a long while now, hoping someone can help identify what variant they are. They're all clones of the same anemone. They don't have any green in them. The feet are red (not nearly as brilliant as the tentacles), though they do have a...

IM 14 Peninsula CSB Species Tank

I did awake early one morning to the pump running dry. The biggest anemone was blocking the overflow, having squeezed half of its body into the overflow chamber. Took about an hour of gentle but consistent pressure to extricate it. Not a good morning.

IM 14 Peninsula CSB Species Tank

I've been running this Innovative Marine 14 gallon peninsula for about 18 months now and figured I'd share some pics. The only residents are a pair of garden variety false Percula clowns, three natural split CSB anemones and de minimis clean up crew. I went with Hawaiian black sand for...

    Reefapalooza This Month

I’m planning to attend this year after skipping the last two. Mostly interested in checking out some equipment for a future build, but I would be thrilled to find some blue squamosa clams.

Anyone keeping long tentacle plates long term?

I've had this one for about five years. Happiest in low flow sitting on sand, never spot fed. It does seem to move a modest amount on its own from time to time.
