I tried everything but never fully got it out of my tank until I ran my tank fishless for 72 days and QT'd all fish with prazi and copper. Not a single issue yet after more than a year (knock on wood)

PE mysis seem to be a bit large for most mandarins in my opinion. I got my mandarin through 6 weeks of qt in copper (which means no pods of any sort) by feeding frozen cyclops and baby brine shrimp.

I've been using tropic Marin pro and like it.

Since you are keeping lower/medium light corals the ebay black box LEDs will work. Reef breeders are a great option.

Cyano. I had it, I used blue life red cyano rx. Worked great and reef safe. It will make your skimmer go crazy for a few days, just run fresh carbon for awhile after.
