No. I had a Innovative Marine skimmer on my Nuvo 20 and it didn't skim much and wasn't really stable. It was also super loud. The skimmer cup was tiny, so I'd have to empty it daily and it pulled nothing but lightly tea colored water. Not worth it, in my opinion.

That looks like an older wetside? I typically clean mine when they're clogged with algae, so I'm no role model for maintenance. But on the newer ones, you're able to remove the impeller and magnet from the plastic cover to clean it. You can tell early on if there's friction between the magnet...

I hope all those Pringles didn't go to waste.

Gorgeous fish! I was hesitating picking one up at Jan's after they fed it and ate like a champ. But I like you, was worried about nipping. Not that I have much coral in anyway...but still I would have liked to have seen it grow up and change colors/pattern. GLWS!

Dang man! That's some shoddy luck! My Klein's pretty much wiped out my aiptasia infestation. Or at least, it keeps it at bay. I never tried any acros with him though.

What coral does it eat? I have a Klein's butterfly to control my aiptasia and all I noticed it eats are acans. Chalices, zoas and torches have been untouched.

The Two Little Fishies Veggie Mag Clip are also notorious for rusting! So keep an eye on all those magnet accessories! All this crap is probably mass produced in China.

If the reviews are good for the AquaMaxx, I'd go with that given that Marine Depot owns them. You'd have a way easier time resolving any kind of issues with the pump since they're local.

I used mine for scrap acrylic. Came in handy for some DIY projects!
