I also run low. If you are feeding heavily and numbers still stay low, means your corals are up taking excess. I wouldn’t add more.

Probably just do a big skimmer and maybe some mechanical filtration like socks or pads.

Those break down over time, and leech metals when you first put them in. Just add more bacteria if you having nutrient issues.
