hey ed, thanks for your help. i got my wet-vac out and drained the reactor. i then proceeded to loosen all te unions and re-tighten them. so far, no bubbles! :rock: i might ave over tightened them in the 1st place.:mad: thanks again

hello to all, i finally got my reactor up and running, well kind of running. i'm having a surge of bubbles running through it. i tried bleeding all of the air out, it does'nt seem to help. any ideas? i don't want to turn on the c02 until i get this resolved. thanks, john

i have some liquid phosphate control made by blue vet rx. it does'nt have the active ingredients listed. the instructions are 6 drops will ower .o5ppm for every 10 gallons. i have a 260g total so, thats about 2 teaspoons. like i said i would like the hanna meter before i start dosing with vodka...

hello wes, my di water tests 0 on my meter, i have a refugium, i don't rinse my frozen mysis or brine. vodka dose? i have never tried that, i have read about a little. more research is needed for me. any idea on how much vodka? also how do you rinse the tiny shrimp without loosing half of them...
