    ich can be dormant on fish for a long time before it attacks (when a fish is stressed/weak) velvet can probably be marked off cause it kills pretty fast flukes can take a while to hatch depending on temperature etc

    my favorite flakes are either Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef Flakes or brine shrimp direct cool mysis and cool green (really cheap too for the amount you get and hand packed) also cs pro flakes dont feed too much pellets but when i do tdo or pe mysis

    I got lucky and bought a setup off my friend that only added water and sand to the tank so basically new Waterbox 180.5 with 2 xr30 g5, nyos quantum 160, sicce sdc 9.0, xp aqua ato, inkbird w/ 300w heater all for $3700 I bought other stuff on top so xr30 g5 - $660 red sea lid - $60 neptune...

    I had this biota yellow tang since December and ran into velvet issue recently he is in a qt with copper power, I added some other fishes to qt as well which probably gave him this internal parasite, I am assuming it is some internal worm or internal flagellate. I have asked the humble fish page...

    also anybody got a good way to test calcium? using the hanna checker is ass, my results were different out of 3 test, i got 546ppm, 423ppm, and 363ppm so pretty useless

    A few updates Fish got velvet they were all removed acros werent looking so well so removed and dipped found out I got AEFW dipped for like 2 hours took off all eggs so cross my finger there isnt anymore Gonna go ahead with a KCL spray as well, if anybody has had any experience please lmk
