In this thread and under the livestock for sale forum it states 30 posts and 60 days while under the main marketplace forum it states 50 posts and 90 days. Just wanted to give you a heads up to avoid any confusion.

I just does on a 24 hour on the hour schedule with part A and part B 15 minutes apart. I figure its that way in the ocean so no need to overthink it. PH swings in a .2 range which is more than normal.

I saw the salt at California aquariums too. They have nice tanks so it must be working well. Using Instant Ocean now but interested in trying this. Only thing is I have heard of some consistency problems as seems to be pointed out here that has led me to hesitate.

That is a sweet nano peninsula. Makes me want to get one since I have been fiending for a peninsula for awhile now.

You could always slap an overflow box like a eshopps PF-300 if you really want to kick up the livestock load and keep everything clean and tidy. That is assuming that if it is an all in one you are willing to take off the back wall. I have a couple modified JBJ's like that.

Great, keep us updated. I've been interested lately in natural sunlight for growing frags. For some reason some people on forums I've read said it cant be done right which seems pretty silly. Looking forward to the progress.

First time going. It was pretty good though with the exception of a very few select items I couldn't see the overall value of going again. Nothing really out of the ordinary, no fish really, and lots of super expensive frags.

From what I understand from fellow reefers is that the blue spectrum is what the corals really thrive on. The whites are there so we can see things in a more natural way from our perspective. Some people have said they would just run blues only if they could except for the viewing thing.

Always some flow, though dialed down a bit to let the critters rest before the next days chaos.
