After years of trial and error (and a bunch of broken bulkhead rings!) , the method I use is to hand tighten as tight as I can, then use a hammer to tap on a flat-head screwdriver another 1/4 of a turn. Works for me every time!

Kimmy, I've got a Aqua Logic 1/3hp aquarium chiller, if you still need one. I bought a 240 last summer and it came with the set up. I already have a chiller, so I can part with this one. I hooked it up and ran water thru it and it works great! Let me know if you still need one! Matt

I sure do miss that tank!! It was a pain getting it thru the door, though. Had to take off the sliding door! If you still have it, I might consider taking it back!!
