Not sure the exact name of this millepora. The only place that had a similar coral named it neon yellow mind eraser.

SPS brownout is usually attributed to higher phosphate/nutrient levels and/or poor lighting. Increasing your maintenance would usually reduce the levels, so you might have stirred up some dirt or if you reaquascaped recently, it might account for the acros poor health. Two possible solutions...

Looking good. Very nice cove-like aquascape. For an ATO resevior on that tank, you could use a thin gallon jug, they are pretty easy to hide as they are only 2 1/2" thick.
