I am in the middle of downsizing from 70 to 40 gallon. If I setup a frag tank with no rocks but just corals will I need skimmer or some kind of biological filtration? Does the tank have to be cycled or can I put new saltwater without cycling? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
