    WTT/WTB some interesting softies

Bump! still looking to get rid of the goni, lobo, and small bit of galaxea. Adding in this chalice(australomussa?). Pics don’t do it justice, but it’s an interesting orange color with some light red and green mixed in. Cool piece, hate to see it go, but time to get rid of the stony stuff...

Id guess nutrients are the issue now, other parameters seem fine. What are your nitrate and phosphate?

Some nice options.. any chance you have more than just mushrooms? I’m mostly looking for taller softies like finger leathers, maybe cespitularia, or other similar stuff

    WTT/WTB some interesting softies

I’m about to break up my rockwork and convert to an almost-softy only tank. I have a few leathers, zoas and Kenya tree already. Looking to buy or trade some interesting stuff to fill in the tank. For trade, I have a good sized green goni. Had it since a small frag, been happy and healthy for...

Types of waterfall scrubbers available for DIY or MFG

Funny, I independently created a similar scrubber to the one on the left before knowing of these, but with very sloppy execution(was on a budget). I've been meaning to revisit the project for a while, but have stuck with my AIO mini refugium chamber for a bit. It isn't great, not as good as the...

How would you go about removing this chalice from the back wall?

It started out as a small, flat frag. I 3-d printed an L-shaped bracket sort of thing(I think it was scrap from another project). Glued the back of the bracket to the wall and glued the frag to the L piece. It eventually grew up to be way bigger than expected lol

Goni, monti, hammer, zoas and mushrooms!

($60) Green goni - about softball size when fully extended. Been in my tank for a few years since a small frag, super hardy SOLD($40) Montipora setosa - bought it for same price, don’t have room for it with my new scape, so take it for what I paid! PENDING($25) Green Hammer - been with me for...

Looking for chaeto or other macro for a mini fuge

dang nice selection! I’ve had codium in my tanks and it never seems to do too well long term. It lives, but doesn’t really grow. But then again, it was locally collected and not a tropical species/variety, so idk how much of a difference that made. I think I’m interested in a couple different...

Looking for chaeto or other macro for a mini fuge

I have an IM 30 long, AIO tank. Going to give chaeto another try after a long while. Just build an led light for the back chamber, now I just have to fill it! chaeto is basically the go to, obviously. But if you have some other recommendation, I’ll give it a shot. (I’m particularly interested...

Ideas for a potential pest tank?!

So, I’ve had this 5 gal tank running for a couple years now. I’ve kept duncan, hammer, scoly, garf bonsai, a couple different montis, blastos, favites, and a number of other things in this tank. It is really a testament to the hardiness of some corals. I don’t have an ATO, I don’t dose, I don’t...
