Chaeto and as mentioned above I have a power head in all 3 chambers so no detritus settles. My middle chamber has a few small pieces of rubble rock for pods. My chaeto spins and the growth is ridiculous and it is the darkest green you'll ever find. I also light my fuge 24/7. Pods are everywhere...
