I use a different brand, but I put one drop into my tank every couple of days. Since I have been doing this my zoas look better and open up more.

What are you using for water movement? I recently setup a biocube and at the moment I'm just using the return pump, but I need more movement in the tank.

I just picked up a 29g bio cube. What I thought was going to be an empty tank turned out to have a baby rbta and what the guy says is a magnificent anemone. I am not experienced with anemones, but looking on line it doesn't look like one. Granted the tank only has power compact lighting so maybe...
