    Need ATO system

Then I would look for a used Tunze 3155. They last forever and if you need to replace the pump or sensor, it's not very expensive to replace. I replaced the sensor (which was still working) on one of mine for $35 or so.

    Julian Sprung Invertebrates

Yeah, that's why you see so many tanks with dinos and other problems, if they simply read a book on the fundamentals, they could've avoided them altogether. Youtube and instagram can't solve all of your problems. I'll definitely pick up the book when I'm in your neighborhood. I'll...

    Clam, goni and frags fs

If the clam is still available on Saturday, I'll pick it up for my son's tank. Can you post a pic of the shell growth on the clam?

    Need ATO system

Do you have the ability to use a gravity fed system? The reservoir only has to be slightly elevated above the sump. If so, then get this valve here. It's what I use on my main system.

Input on Reefmat 1200/ Waterbox plumbing idea

You may be right. If so, that’s a really poor design. It’s like tank manufacturers have never kept a tank? Sump designs are overly complicated and useless 90% of the time too. Maybe the union/bulkheads are the same size? OP, ETA are the sizes of the drains/unions? Sent from my iPhone using...

Input on Reefmat 1200/ Waterbox plumbing idea

The primary is the gate valve, secondary is the ball valve and emergency has no valve. If all of those drains are connected to the overflow box (external?), then you can simply move the primary and secondary over and put the emergency on the far right. It doesn't matter what order they are in...

What Carbon Blocks Are You Using For RODI?

I was using two BRS universal blocks, but just switched to Spectrapure 1 micron > 0.5 micron. In theory, if using multiple blocks, you should use a smaller micron in the second canister to catch anything the 1st block missed.

    dirty rocks

Bleach and acid wash them like you should do to any dry rock no matter what. This is where dry rock users go wrong, they don't do both and bound organics wreak havoc later on.

    Mixing station pump?

Check out Ace Roto Mold for containers, but they're not cheap.

How’s the stripey with clams? I know they’ll go after LPS, but curious if they would go after clams? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Nano SPS

I would do a couple Quanta Pro bars. Depending on how you like it, a mix of meso blue and tropic sun, but if you like a "bluer" look, then meso blue and reef crest. I believe Luca has been working of add some features like dimming with his bars, which should be out in May. But if you want a...

Yeah, what's happening? Both the pieces I got from you are doing great. The "not pearlberry" is taking off and the katropora is slowly getting bigger. Hope all is well with you and your tank.
