I have two GFCI plugs from Home Depot, each connected to different circuits. If one GFCI is tripped accidentally, the other circuit would/should still be working. I have a Vortech on each circuit so at least I'd have circulation in the tank if either circuit trips. If both trip, I have one...

I love the photos! I have a T1i and cannot, for the life of me, figure out the right white balance settings while taking photos of my tank! I also have the 50mm/1.8 and it doesn't allow me to get close enough to objects, so I'll be looking into the 100mm based off recommendations here.
