For me, I trust my Hanna or Salifert checker results more than my Trident. So I always independently test Calc, Alk and Mag with the Hanna/Salifert test kits for my calibration, and use that as my calibration input into Trident. You might want to test the calibration fluid with the test kits...

What are you calibrating it against? Are you using the Neptune reagents or ABC reagents? Are you dosing near or same time the Neptune tube intake?
