40G Breeder build

ok so i am about to start a new project i currently have a 20G i want to go bigger but i since i live with my inlaws right now the biggest they will let me go is a 40G i have always used hang on equipment and i want to run a sump on this one but i have no idea on where to start i was wondering if someone could give me a list of things i would need or if anyone on here can build one for me either way any info would be greatly appreciated

Use your old 20 as a sump, silicone some acrylic baffles. You can have John at AA cut the baffles and make an overflow. I have drill bits for 1" and 3/4" bulkheads if you want to use them to plumb drains and returns
