Do you have it hooked up to a computer (serial port?)

Curt from Neptune gives great support on the Neptune message board on RC. Just tell them what you want to program.

I suggest you talk to the retailer you bought it from. The directions are quite easy. Most would know how to program, but its also not rocket science. Read the directions. Maybe Steveohh can help you, he helped me ...thats who i bought mine from

what kind of help do you need? I have the AC3, not sure how much different it is to program as I program mine via web browser. Post up any Q's you might have.

I read the instruction and got lost myself, but I played with it for awhile and got it to work for the lights and the heater, where do you live, maybe I can talk you thru a few things that I know, if you ask the wife she'll say it's not much !

need so serious help

I recently purchase the aquacontroller from Tom and I want o program my thermostat, fan, and light. I want my temperature at 78 so if it dips below my thermostat can kick in. I want my light to be on timer as well but will go off if the temperature reach 81. I don't have a chiller but i have a couple of pc fans pointing at the surface of the water. I would like to program the ac to turn the fan if temperature goes above 78. I has been a nightmare trying to program the ac and I guess I just don't get it. I tried reading the instructions but it is really not that clear for a novice hobbyist like me. I appreciate everyone's concern and really need an extended hand. thx again. :dontknow:

If you have time, bring it back to my shop or stop by my shop I will walk you thru the programing process.
thx tom for your generous offer. I know you are a very busy man and every time I went to your store you were out and about. How about we coordinate a time and I can call you. What do you think???
