do you have a ph probe monitoring your reactor?
do you have the co2 reticulation tube connected?

baubles in the reactor is not a bad thing depending on how the air got in, or it could be co2.

I have a large reactor that stands 30" tall and it has lots of bubbles after I remove the top to refill media and in a few days it works out of the system. There is always some little bubbles that get mixed in the reactor due to co2.

I might have some ideas to help you.

thanks mike, the c02 was'nt on and no i don't have a ph probe. i did turn on the c02 this morning and have bubble rate of about 1bubble every 1 to 2 seconds. the bubbles have gone down quite abit since last night thats why i decided to turn on the c02. i also tested the water before i turned it on. yes i have the c02 recirculating hose attached.

thanks
