Eco flow battery back up

Thank you both for your replies. I’m not tech savy at all. I ran my tank so far without a controller and had been ok so far. I like to keep things as simple as possible. I have a Kasa smart for ease of turning stuff on and off on my phone. My plan is as follow:
plug the eco flow into the wall. Plug the Kasa smart single outlet into the ac plug of the eco flow. Then plug the pump into the Kasa. Is this ok?

@Reeferkcp, I have similar setup too for turning on or off equipments. Instead of using Kasa, I use Geeni instead since I can control up to 6 devices.
You definitely want to connect to AC, as the DC ports won't turn on after a battery drain, but the AC outlets will automatically turn on if set. This is the issue with the Anker, as the AC outlets won't automatically turn on after a battery drain. I think Telegraham had a short video on IG comparing the two (EcoFlow/Anker).
I also bought the Power Queen battery and the 12v to 24v transformer and hook it up to the solar port of the eco to extend the runtime. So far so good since I have it run in battery mode every day from 5 to 8pm - TOU

The above adds 1280wh to my ecoflow which has 256wh. You can buy a cheaper version without Bluetooth.

I bought this transformer because my ecoflow can only draw a maximum of 110w from the solar input. If your ecoflow can accept higher watts you can opt for larger output (higher amps) transformer.
