I have two of these pumps including all the spacers which includes the following for each pump. Used for approx two years running at 30-40%
1- extra brand new wet side
2- lightly used Limpet Wide Flow Pump Guard by neat aquatics
3- brand new flow jet pump guard with three exit profiles
I can include a lightly used Ecotech battery back up as well

This was probably a better way.to go, new =- no issues and warranty. used can be hit or miss.

same here, i bought used mp 40 for like $275-$300
they make a lot of noise
