Sixline is the best. Peppermint shrimp helps with the eggs. Target mandarin for bugs. Best combo for heavily sps tank.
These won’t work if you overfeed the tank. They should stay hungry to continuously hunt for food.

I've been dealing with red planaria for quite some time now. I have a six line and melanurus wrasse, neither of them touch the flatworms...

I've had to resort to the chemical route to manage. I should give a mandarin a try, maybe after I catch my melanurus.
My wild mandarin cleans up the planaria that I had.... but I also found that fenbendazole gets rid of them (although with some soft corals / clove types). Haven't had them since.

I’m breeding planaria in my mushroom tank. If anyone is interested, please dm me. ;)

My six-line didn’t do anything so he gotta go. I’m getting 2 Mandarins this week.

btw: blowing & siphoning them work pretty darn well.
